SLIIT Malabe is the landmark most first-time visitors already know, so it is the one we use. Hyatto is on Wimukthi Road, a short walk or a two-minute drive from the campus — useful for student startups, visiting lecturers, recruiters running interviews, or any company that keeps meeting SLIIT-adjacent people and is tired of doing it in a cafe. The campus has pulled a genuine cluster around it: software companies hiring graduates, training providers, and small ventures started by people who did not want to leave the area after finishing. Being walkable from it is a practical advantage rather than a marketing line.

Usually a meeting room for an hour or two, not a full tenancy — interview panels, project supervisors, or a founder meeting a student team. Day office and coworking are there if you need the whole afternoon. Recruiters running a hiring round near campus are the clearest case: a proper room with a door, a screen, and a reception that greets candidates does more for how your company reads to a graduate than any amount of careers-page copy, and it costs a few hours of room hire rather than a monthly commitment.

For companies that want a permanent base near the campus, the same building has private offices, dedicated desks, and coworking on monthly terms, with parking, power backup and air conditioning included. For everyone else — the visiting lecturer, the panel that meets twice a year, the founder who needs somewhere credible for one afternoon — hourly and daily hire is the sensible product and we will not push you past it. To be explicit: Hyatto is an independent office building near SLIIT, not a campus facility and not affiliated with the university.

Leave SLIIT toward Malabe town, then Wimukthi Road. Reception will meet first-time visitors at the grey ground-floor doors if you call ahead.
